Why was my order canceled?

We’ll send an email confirmation as soon as we receive your order. Once we start processing it, items may be canceled for reasons such as:

An item becomes unavailable

The payment method can’t be processed

The shipping address can’t be verified

For order pickup or Drive Up, we’ll cancel items that aren’t picked up during the pickup window.

We’ll send an email about the cancellation and, when possible, include helpful details around updating payment or address details or reordering items.
