When will I get an estimated delivery date for a preorder?
| Preorders are fulfilled based on the release date provided by the vendor. Once we have a confirmed release date, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date. The release date is not the same as the delivery date. In the event the estimated delivery window passes and you haven’t received the item, you’ll receive an email with a new estimated delivery window. |
