How do I cancel an item from my order?
|Cats Luv Us Deals provides all customers with the options to CANCEL your order automatically if it has not shipped yet. |
If your order is still processing or unfulfilled you can simply click CANCEL from your order status page or your Email Order Confirmation. Please do not contact customer support unless you can not find your email order confirmation or view order status page.
If your order is Fulfilled and Shipped you can try to request a cancellation from customer service however if it is already shipped your order can not be cancelled, you will need to return the item(s).
Here is how to cancel your order if it is processing or unfulfilled:
Select the order in your email confirmation or on your order status page or your my account page to view order details (you’ll need to sign in).

In both cases above your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund to your payment method within 3-5 days.
Please note the option to request cancellation will only appear for items that have yet to process for shipping.
You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation status. You won’t be charged for a canceled item, but your card may reflect a temporary authorization hold. Funds will become available once your bank releases the hold.
If the cancellation window has passed, you can still refuse the order upon delivery. When we receive your refused order, we’ll process the return and send an email confirmation regarding your refund.
You can also return your order to any of our store’s store or by mail using a courier tracking label.
