Can I modify the payment on my order?

Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to modify the payment method on your order.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Find the order you want to update, then select the order total.
3. Select Request payment change on Order details page.
4. Select a new payment card on Request payment change page. Select Continue.
   o Add or edit payment in your account.
   o The ability to change the payment method is a short window.
5. Enter CVV in security code field in pop-up window. Select Confirm.
6. Review order updates. Select Request payment change.

If any part of your order has shipped or invoiced, we’re unable to modify your payment for the other items.

If your order is one of the following, we’re also unable to update your payment method:
• Advanced Order (BTC)
• Same Day Delivery (shopped by Shipt)
• Shipt tips
• School List Assist (BTS)
